Need to cancel? No worries.
The clinic requests a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel your appointment.
In the case of late cancellations or no-show appointments, it is the therapist's discretion to charge a fee.
Through your patient profile on Jane App, you can set up reminder text messages and reminder emails. This will ensure no appointments are missed.

The clinic aims to keep all patients safe and comfortable.
For all appointments at Maple Ridge Physiotherapy & Pain Clinic, masks are optional for all patients. If you would like your therapist to wear a mask during your appointment, feel free to request so.
High-touch surfaces in treatment room will continue to be sanitized between each appointment.
If you have symptoms of a fever, sore throat, or are sick leading up to your appointment, please consider rescheduling.
