My name is Elizabeth Figueiredo, but you can call me Liz. 

I am a recent graduate of West Coast College of Massage Therapy in New Westminster. I began my practice in Maple Ridge in 2021 and am excited about building treatment plans around each patient's indivdual needs.

After completing my Esthetics certification program in 2018, I took the next steps in my career and enrolled in the RMT program that WCCMT offered. I have a passion for healing and love working together with patients to improve their overall health and address their concerns.

My approach, as an RMT, is based on relaxation. Treatments are made to be based around your comfort, as the patient.
