My name is Elizabeth Figueiredo, but you can call me Liz. 

I graduated from West Coast College of Massage Therapy in 2021 and began my practice in Maple Ridge. I am excited about working with patients, building treatment plans for each individual, and creating a comfortable and relaxing treatment environment. 

 

​I have a passion for healing and love working together with patients to improve their overall health and address their concerns.

My approach, as an RMT, is based on adapting treatment to your goals and health history of each patient. As the patient, treatment plans are always based on your comfort!
